Doing justice
RJ is a different way of doing justice. In this part you will learn more about what justice is according to the RJ philosophy but also how RJ is making sure that justice is done.
Justice can be done in more than one way. In this training you have learned that RJ is an alternative approach to the conventional criminal justice system which is mostly built on a retributive perspective. These two perspectives on justice can be distinguished by different characteristics.
